BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Sandwich
Earth Burger can be found on the third floor food court that sits below the movie theater at the Mall of America. They are based in Texas and have multiple locations there. All the food is plant based, and the MOA location is also Kosher. Keep in mind they are closed on Saturdays.
I'm a fan of the BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich because it's nice and spicy and has pickles for crunch.
Fishless Sandwich
The Fishless Sandwich is crisp, breaded fishless filets with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce, plus nori flakes to give it an extra fishy flavor. If you’re vegan and you miss seafood, this sandwich is for you. And that tartar sauce… it’s perfect. I've also enjoyed the Buffalo Chik-n Wrap and the Spicy Chik-n Sandwich.
Dessert
For a sweet fix, go with the Coconut Soft Serve. It's very obviously coconut based, but thankfully I adjusted to the taste by the time I finished it, as I’m not a huge fan of coconut. The texture is delightfully creamy, though, and it was secure enough on the cone that I felt comfortable walking around the mall and eating it at the same time.
What a wonderful addition to the Mall of America!
