Vegan Cuts Snack Box: December 2018

Vegan Cuts is a fun way to try new vegan products and potentially find a new favorite snack. If there's a vegan in your life and you are in need of a gift for them, this is a great option. You can pay for just one box if you don't want to get them a six- or twelve-month subscription.

In December's box, all of the products are made without gluten, and five of the thirteen products are certified gluten-free. Each box comes with a guide that includes social media handles, and some of them have special discount codes listed. There's also always a discount code to get $10 off with a minimum $50 purchase on the Vegan Cuts website

Chocolate covered almonds from Taza Chocolate

One of my favorite treats in this month's box is Taza Chocolate's Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds. Taza Chocolate is stone ground, so I'm not typically a fan of just the chocolate on its own because it has a grainy texture. But chocolate covered nuts? Sign me up!

Dragon Puff snacks from Vegan Robs

The Dragon Puffs from Vegan Robs are another favorite. The base is sorghum wheat flour, and they top the puffs with smoked serrano chili pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. They're borderline too spicy for me but oh so good.

Churros flavored cotton candy from Get Fluffed Up

I've had a few flavors from Get Fluffed Up, and I'm always surprised at how much flavor they can pack in. They use organic cane sugar and add yummy flavor concoctions like S'mores, Pumpkin Spice, Lavender, Blueberry and more. I especially love their seasonal flavors like Candy Cane and Sugar Cookies.

I'm looking forward to making my way through the rest of the box. I haven't tried Four Sigmatic's mushroom-based hot cacao mix, but I've only heard good things from friends. Dandies are the only brand of marshmallows that I buy, so I'm always happy to have more on hand. And it's tough to go wrong with Hemp Hearts - they go with everything!

What treats from this box have you tried before? Let me know in the comments!
